Summer BBQ

Our annual summer BBQ is taking place on Sunday, July 1st from 5pm, and you’re invited! This is a totally free event, which includes food and drink, open to residents of Buglawton and beyond. It doesn’t matter whether you’ve ever visited our church before, you’ll be made to feel very welcome regardless.

What can I expect?

Essentially, you can expect good food and great people. There’s no dress code or formality, so just come as you are. When you arrive, you can help yourself to a table inside, or you can make the most of the beautiful grassed area to relax on. If you come alone, you’ll have no trouble mixing in, as there’s always plenty of people who very sociable. You’re very welcome to bring friends and family with you too. It’s a kid friendly event, so bring them along too.

After everyone has enjoyed the BBQ, and hopefully soaked up some sun and fun, we’ll have a short evening service. There is no obligation to stay for this, but you will be very welcome. You can come and go as you please.

What if the weather is bad?

At present, we’re expecting good weather, but if the weather is bad, then we’ll bring the BBQ undercover and eat inside. Everything will still go ahead as normal.
